MOU Between IKM Testing Asia & SCB Completion

SCB Completion Pte. Ltd is pleased to announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with IKM Testing Asia Pte Ltd (Singapore) on the 23rd November 2020.  The MOU establishes strategic cooperation for the projects in South East Asia, particularly Brunei Darussalam. Under this cooperation frame, IKM Testing Asia shall support SCB Completion in the provision of technical expertise, manpower, and equipment required for pipeline and process pre-commissioning services.
